Terms & Conditions of Daily Deals Ethiopia

1.  Purchase of a Voucher   

•  You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Voucher. Before you can make a purchase you need to register and create an account with Daily Deals Ethiopia.
•  By clicking on the “Get Code Now” button you submit an offer to Daily Deals Ethiopia to buy the Voucher. However, the purchase of the Voucher is not complete until you receive an email from Daily Deals Ethiopia confirming acceptance of your offer. Daily Deals Ethiopia expressly reserves the right to reject your order. In addition, even if Daily Deals Ethiopia has accepted your order, it can cancel the contract at any time if it reasonably suspects that you have committed or that you may be committing any fraud against Daily Deals Ethiopia.
• The Merchant and Daily Deals Ethiopia may have its their own terms and conditions applicable to the sale, supply and/or provision of the Merchant Offering or of the Daily Deals Ethiopia.

2.  Redemption of a Voucher

•  the Voucher can only be redeemed once;
•  the Voucher can only be redeemed with the Merchant or with Daily Deals Ethiopia
•  the Voucher is valid for one person only; and
•  you must follow the redemption instructions associated with the Voucher when you redeem the Voucher with the Merchant.
•  All Vouchers sold by Groupon are multi-purpose Vouchers which can be redeemed with either the Merchant or Groupon Shop.
•  In order to redeem a Voucher you must present it to the Merchant within the Redemption Period. If you do not redeem the Voucher within the Redemption Period, the Voucher expires automatically and cannot be redeemed anymore

3. Use of a Voucher   

•  Any purchase of a Voucher is for your non-commercial, personal use only (although you may give the Voucher to someone else for their non-commercial, personal use). The commercial trade of a Voucher is prohibited. The reproduction of a Voucher is prohibited.
•  Your Voucher is solely your responsibility. Neither Daily Deals Ethiopia nor the Merchant are responsible for lost or stolen Vouchers or for retrieving Voucher reference numbers or Voucher security codes.
•  You promise not to provide false data including false names, addresses and/or contact or payment details; or engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the purchase or use of a Voucher, or allow anyone else to do so.

4. Cancellation (and exceptions)and Problems

•  If you want to cancel your purchase of a Voucher you can do so in any of the following ways:

•  by sending an email to support@dailydealsethiopia.com

5. Responsibility of Service Provider

• They must registered online and provide the real information to Daily Deal Ethiopia.
• They must accept terms and conditions of Daily Deals Ethiopia
• They must receive coupon code from user and gives the service to customer as long as the deal doesn't expire.
• They report us how many deals sold.

6. Responsibility of Customer/Buyer  

• Buyer must be registered and provides the real information to Daily Deal Ethiopia.
• Buyers after get a code, he/she can go and use deal service.
• If service providers reject deal promise with out expiration date, buyer must report us by calling +251911669657 or by emailing support@dailydealsethiopia.com.
